Foreign institutional investor Goldman Sachs acquired a 0.5% stake in JTL Industries, an electric resistance welded steel pipes producer, while selling a 0.59% stake in AceVector, the parent company of e-commerce platform Snapdeal, through open market transactions on October 7.
According to bulk deals data, Goldman Sachs Group-owned Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I bought 19.71 lakh shares in JTL Industries for Rs 16.16 crore, representing 0.5% of the company's paid-up equity. The buying price was Rs 82.03 per share.
Meanwhile, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE has offloaded 32.17 lakh shares, equivalent to 0.59 percent of paid-up equity, in AceVector for Rs 9.61 crore. The selling price was Rs 29.88 per share.
The stake sale by Goldman Sachs was out of its 1.56% holding in AceVector as of September 2026.
JTL Industries shares rallied 4.34% to end at Rs 88.20 amid high volumes, while AceVector shares were locked in a 20% upper circuit to end at a new high of Rs 31.11 amid large volumes.
