HD Fire Protect IPO is commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of around 30 percent ahead of its subscription opening on October 13, according to market tracking platform InvestorGain.
HD Fire Protect has fixed the price band for its Rs 712.31 crore initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 258-271 per equity share. The issue will open for subscription on October 13 and close on October 15, 2026.

At a GMP of 29.52 percent, the unlisted market is currently indicating a potential listing price of around Rs 351 per share against the upper end of the IPO price band of Rs 271. This translates into a potential listing gain of around Rs 80 per share, although grey market premiums are unofficial and can change before listing.
