Indian stock market investors are likely to keep an eye on several companies on Friday, October 9, after a series of key earnings updates, order wins, business developments and strategic partnerships.
P N Gadgil Jewellers, S&S Power Switchgear, RentoMojo, NCC, PACE Digitek and Hexaware Technologies are among the stocks likely to remain in focus. SML Mahindra, IRB Infrastructure Developers and TCS may also attract attention following their latest sales, business and financial updates.
TCS: The country's largest IT services company posted a net profit of ₹13,884 crore in Q2, up 15% YoY from ₹12,075 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Its revenue from operations increased 11.2% YoY to ₹73,188 crore from ₹65,799 crore. The IT major kicked off the Q2 earnings season for India Inc. with its September-quarter results.
NCC: The company received a major order worth ₹1,286 crore from Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited. The order is for the construction of Radial Road-2, strengthening the company’s order book and infrastructure portfolio.
