Fusion CX, the Kolkata-based global business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience management company, is set to launch its Rs 702-crore initial public offering (IPO) for public subscription on October 14.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth Rs 202 crore by the promoters. P N S Business and Rasish Consultants will each sell shares worth Rs 101 crore through the OFS.
The price band for the public issue has been fixed at Rs 275-289 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the company is seeking a valuation of Rs 4,172 crore.
Fusion CX has reduced the issue size from the Rs 1,000 crore proposed earlier in its draft offer document filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in May 2025. The regulator subsequently cleared the draft document in December 2025.
The one-day anchor book will open for institutional investors on October 13, while the IPO will remain open for public subscription until October 16.
