Fusion CX Ltd's initial public offering (IPO), worth Rs 702 crore, will open for subscription on October 14, 2026. The customer experience solutions provider has fixed the price band at Rs 275–289 per share.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 69.90 lakh shares aggregating Rs 202 crore. While the proceeds from the fresh issue will go to the company, the OFS will allow existing shareholders to sell part of their holdings.
Fusion CX has set the IPO price band at Rs 275–289 per share. The minimum application size for retail investors is 51 shares, translating into an investment of Rs 14,739 at the upper end of the price band.

The issue will open on October 14 and close on October 16, with allotment expected on October 19. The shares are scheduled to debut on the stock exchanges on October 22. Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd is the registrar to the issue.
