Bengaluru-based defence electronics original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Tonbo Imaging India is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on October 15. It will be among six companies opening their IPOs next week, alongside Zetwerk Manufacturing Business, Fusion CX, Sahajanand Medical Technologies, Bonfiglioli Transmissions, and HD Fire Protect.
The IPO comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.21 crore equity shares by existing shareholders, with no fresh issue component.
Investors including CEAQ Technologies, Timothy Guy Mitchell, Artiman Partners LLC, and Ramesh Radhakrishnan, along with promoters Arvind Kondangi, Lakshmikumar, Ankit Kumar, and Cecilia D’Souza, will be among the selling shareholders in the OFS.
The company approached capital markets by filing draft document with SEBI in December 2025, which subsequently approved by the capital markets regulator in September 2026.
The anchor book for the defence-focused product manufacturer will open for one day on October 14, while the IPO will close for public subscription on October 19. The company is expected to finalise the share allotment on October 21 and list its equity shares on the stock exchanges on October 23.
