Zetwerk Manufacturing Business, the Bengaluru-based technology-led manufacturing platform backed by Peak XV Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Accel India, will launch its maiden initial public offering (IPO) on October 15, comprising a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 2,830 crore.
In addition, the company's promoters and investors will offer up to 14.45 crore equity shares for sale through the offer-for-sale (OFS) route, according to the red herring prospectus (RHP) filed on October 11.
The company has increased the fresh issue size from the Rs 2,600 crore proposed earlier. It has also raised the OFS component from the 9.68 crore equity shares envisaged in the updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) filed on August 13.
Zetwerk entered the IPO process by filing its draft offer document through the confidential route in March 2026. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approved the draft papers in July 2026, following which the company filed its UDRHP.
The company will open its anchor book for institutional investors for one day on October 14, while the IPO will close for public subscription on October 19. The share allotment is expected to be finalised on October 21, followed by the listing of the company's equity shares on the stock exchanges on October 23.
