Italy's Bonfiglioli S p A-owned Indian subsidiary Bonfiglioli Transmissions, the power transmission and drive solutions provider, has announced price band at Rs 558-586 per share for its initial public offering (IPO) of 4.32 crore equity shares, seeking a valuation of Rs 11,016 crore.
The company aims to mobilise Rs 2,533.6 crore via IPO at the upper end of price band. The public issue comprises entirely an offer-for-sale by promoter.
As a result, the proceeds from the net public issue will go to Bonfiglioli S p A, and the company will not receive any money from the offer.
The maiden public issue will open for public subscription on October 15 and close on October 19, while the one-day anchor book will open on October 14. The company is likely to finalise IPO share allotment by October 21, and list equity shares on the bourses on October 23.
Bonfiglioli Transmissions approached capital markets by filing its draft document in February 2026. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) cleared the IPO papers in June 2026.
