DETROIT — Ford Motor is set to announce third-quarter earnings after the markets close Wednesday.
Here's what Wall Street expects, based on average analysts' estimates compiled by LSEG:
Those results would mark a 2% decline in revenue compared with a year earlier and a roughly 11% decrease in adjusted earnings per share. Ford's 2025 third-quarter results included $47.19 billion in automotive revenue, net income of $2.4 billion and earnings per share of 45 cents adjusted.
A main focus for investors will be Ford's F-Series pickup trucks, including its crucial F-150. The automaker has been recovering from supplier issues that affected truck production for much of the past year, but experienced a disruption in F-150 manufacturing due to a separate, unrelated supplier problem toward the end of September.
Ford reported production of the F-150 declined from more than 57,500 units in August to less than 43,000 in September. The automaker said the disruption is "containable within" its existing 2026 adjusted earnings guidance.
