BofA Securities Europe SA has acquired shares worth nearly Rs 169 crore in Eternal, the parent company of food delivery platform Zomato, through an open-market transaction on October 15.
Eternal shares rose 2.22 percent to close at Rs 323 on the National Stock Exchange.
According to block deal data, BofA Securities Europe SA purchased 53.37 lakh shares, representing 0.05 percent of the company’s paid-up equity, from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE ODI for Rs 168.67 crore.
Pine Oak Global Fund buys additional shares in Vardhman Polytex
Foreign portfolio investor Pine Oak Global Fund has acquired an additional 25 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.49 percent stake, in textile company Vardhman Polytex for Rs 1.38 crore.
