Actionable Insight: 🔴 Bearish Risk: Regulatory scrutiny, profit decline, or sell-off risk may create near-term volatility.

Shares of E2E Networks, Netweb Technologies and Black Box were among several artificial intelligence-related stocks that declined on Friday, tracking an overnight sell-off in AI stocks in the US and a fall in shares of similar companies elsewhere in Asia.

The global sell-off comes amid signs of weakening investor interest in crowded AI trades and concerns over the debt-fuelled expansion of AI companies.

Shares of E2E Networks and ESDS Software hit their 5 percent lower circuit limits.

E2E Networks has been hitting the lower end of the price band for the last four sessions.

Shares of Netweb Technologies, a provider of AI systems and workstations, fell 5.2 percent from Thursday's close to Rs 4,351.60.
