SFC Environmental Technologies, a Maharashtra-based wastewater treatment solutions provider, has decided to launch its initial public offering (IPO) for public subscription on October 27. The issue will close on October 29.
The company aims to raise Rs 150 crore through a fresh issue of shares, while existing shareholders, including promoters Sandeep Sudhakar Asolkar and Saketchandrasingh Pratapsingh Dhandoriya, will offload 1.56 crore equity shares through an offer for sale (OFS), according to the red herring prospectus (RHP) filed on October 19.
The OFS size has been increased from the earlier proposed 1.23 crore equity shares.
SFC Environmental Technologies refiled its draft offer document in August 2025, which was subsequently approved by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in December 2025.
The price band for the IPO will be announced separately on October 21.
