Bosch share price: Shares of Bosch Ltd declined 4 percent to Rs 50,375 in afternoon trade on Friday, after the company announced a stock split and a bonus share issue alongside its Q2 FY27 financial results. The company reported an 18.6 percent year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 839.4 crore, supported by strong revenue growth.

The Bosch board approved a 1:5 stock split, under which each existing equity share with a face value of Rs 10 will be subdivided into five equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each.

In addition, the board approved a 3:1 bonus share issue, under which shareholders will receive three bonus equity shares for every one equity share held after the stock split.

Both proposals are subject to shareholder approval through a postal ballot.

Under the proposed stock split, one fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 face value will be subdivided into five fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2 face value each. Following the subdivision, Bosch plans to issue three bonus equity shares of Rs 2 face value for every one existing equity share of Rs 2 face value.
