Uttar Pradesh-based SNVA Traveltech, the parent company of Travomint, an online travel booking platform, has filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), taking another step towards its proposed initial public offering (IPO).
The company plans to offer 12.75 crore equity shares through the IPO, comprising entirely an offer for sale (OFS), with no fresh issue component, according to the UDRHP filed on November 5.
Consequently, the net proceeds from the offer, excluding offer-related expenses, will go to the selling shareholders and promoters, Alok Kumar Singh and Vivek Kumar Singh.
SNVA Traveltech had initially filed its IPO papers with SEBI through the confidential filing route on April 1, 2026.
Established in 2017, the company operates an online travel platform primarily focused on air ticket bookings. Through its network of travel partners, it provides customers access to real-time inventory from airlines and hotels, enabling them to book flights, hotel stays and other travel-related services.
