Paras Healthcare IPO allotment is expected to be finalised today, October 26, following the closure of the company's Rs 1,450-crore initial public offering (IPO) on October 23.
Investors who applied for the public issue can check their allotment status through the official registrar on MUFG Intime India and the stock exchanges, BSE and NSE. The status will help applicants determine whether they have received an allotment and the number of shares allocated to them.
The Paras Healthcare IPO received an overall subscription of 2.23 times by 5:03 pm on the final day of bidding, according to NSE data. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) led the demand, while the retail investor category also received bids exceeding the number of shares reserved for it.
The Rs 1,450-crore IPO received bids for 2,69,39,346 shares against 1,20,83,331 shares on offer, resulting in an overall subscription of 2.23 times on the final day of bidding.
In the grey market, the Paras Healthcare IPO was commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 9 per share on the morning of October 23, according to Investorgain.
